Terms of Service

Our service

Racord helps you create and edit social media content using artificial intelligence. You can upload materials, manage creative projects, and connect supported accounts to publish content with your approval.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account and for activity carried out through it.
• You must own or have permission to manage any external accounts you connect.

Subscriptions, credits, and payments

• Some features require a paid subscription or credits. Applicable prices and credit costs are shown before purchase or use.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through your account settings.
• Credits included in a subscription are added every month. Unused plan credits carry over, up to a maximum of 3 months’ worth of your plan’s monthly credits; once that limit is reached, plan credits stop accumulating until you use some. Credits from one-time packs, sign-up gifts and promotional codes do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. If a generation fails because of a service or provider error, the corresponding credits are returned.
• Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights available under applicable law.

Your content

You retain your rights in the materials you upload. You grant us permission to process, store, and display those materials as needed to provide the service, and to publish them when you authorize us to do so.

You may use generated content for personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any materials you submit, including images, logos, and likenesses.

AI-generated content may contain errors or resemble other content. You are responsible for reviewing it before use or publication.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Racord for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing activity, or to impersonate others.
• Do not create exploitative, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content, or violate the rules of connected services.
• Do not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, gain unauthorized access, or resell or automate access without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Third-party services

Racord uses external service providers and optional integrations. Their terms may apply to your use of those services. Changes to their availability or functionality may affect the features we can offer.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to a claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or affect your statutory consumer rights.

Ending your use of Racord

You may stop using Racord at any time. To stop future subscription renewals, cancel your subscription in your account settings. For assistance with your account, contact us at inforacord@gmail.com.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes before they take effect. These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory protections or the courts available to you under applicable consumer law.
